Our Cinnamon & Raisin is a blend of our gluten free oats, Chilean flame raisins, organic cinnamon, Almond Butter and little bit of Agave to create a deliciously spicy healthy trea loaded with good fats, vitamins and minerals! No preservatives, no binders, no nasties, just 100% real food ingredients!

Our healthy snacks takes whole, natural ingredients and mixes them up to create 20g little bites that are simple and fun to eat!

Our Cinnamon & Raisin bite combines the following ingredients which are free from preservatives, flavours and additives :

Gluten Free Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They're a gluten free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals , fibre and antioxidants. 

Flame Raisins contain healthy vitamins and minerals. They are also fat free and cholesterol free, high in antioxidants and an excellent source oil fibre.

Cinnamon is a favourite household spice and is loaded with antioxidants.These antioxidants have been found to have anti-inflammatory effects.

Suggested Uses

Our little balls of loveliness can be eaten on their own as a healthy snack in between meals but it’s got so many other ways to enjoy it. 

As a bite: Simply take the bites and pop them in your own container. Dip in chocolate for a more decadent treat and top with goji berries, freeze dried fruit or chia seeds before the chocolate sets!

Porridge: Add roughly 1 bite to 50g of oats and 125ml of water and cook it over the stove or in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add more or less bites depending on your desired sweetness. Or alternatively, make your porridge and sprinkle the bite on top along with any other toppings you desire!

Ice Lollies: Using a blender, blend together the smoosh with milk or nut milk. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and place in the freezer overnight. The bite-to-milk ratio will depend on how sweet you like your ice lollies. Taste the mixture and add more bites if needed.

Ice Cream: Blend it together with milk or nut milk and place it in an ice cream maker until it resembles a soft-serve texture. Freeze and enjoy homemade, healthy ice cream! The amount of bites you add will depend on how sweet you like your ice cream.

Pancakes: Mix(+/-) roughly 4 bites with 2 eggs to make a pancake batter. If you prefer less sweet pancakes, add in 50g of almond flour + a dash of your choice milk

Toppings: Crumble a little over yoghurt, fruit, smoothie bowls or chia puddings!

Smoothie: Blend 2 bites with 250ml of milk or nut milk.
