Gluten Free Porridge Oats,
Almond Slices , Ground Almonds
Hob: simply boil 180ml milk of your
choice in a saucepan. Stir in 40g of our oat
blend. Simmer for 2 minutes, or until milk is
absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Microwave: Pour 40g of our oat blend into a
microwavable bowl. Pour 180ml milk of your choice
nto the bowl and mix. Microwave for 2 mins on full
power (Cat E min 800w) Stir and enjoy !
Overnight Oats: Add 40g of oat blend into glass jar.
Pour 100ml milk of your choice over the oats and mix.
Put the lid on the jar and leave to soak overnight..
Enjoy in the morning hot or cold, top with yogurt and
fresh fruit as an optional delicious extra.
