Introducing our latest granola flavour, a special edition for June.
Buckwheat is one of those elusive ingredients that i hadn’t really heard much about at all until I first started baking granola. However, the more I cook with it, the more I like it. It’s, gluten-free, and versatile, and it provides a delicious nutty flavour. Plus, it makes extra-crunchy granola, which happens to really work for this blend.
We have teamed the buckwheat with gluten free rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut chips and a hand chopped nine nut mix.
After baking we finally add the dried blueberries, these are a brilliant alternative to raisins or cranberries and make this the perfect healthy breakfast or snack when you’re craving something a little sweet. Pair with your favourite non dairy milk or yogurt and seasonal fruit.
It’s delicious ! I really hope you enjoy it too!
