Introducing our delicious, gluten free, vegan friendly, freshly baked Granola's. We blend, bake & package all from our busy kitchen here in Suffolk.

Every grain, fruit & nut is selected for flavour and nutrition. Our gluten free rolled oats are supplied direct from Glebe Farm, near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Glebe Farm is the only Farm in the UK growing and processing gluten free oats into porridge oats and oat flour.

Oats are a natural superfood: a wholegrain source of vitamins, minerals and soluble fibre which can help lower cholesterol and support a healthy gut. They're also low GI (Glycaemic Index) which helps your body avoid unhealthy spikes in blood sugar.

A simple Granola, slow baked and packed full of Walnuts and sweet dates, lightly spiced with a beautiful blend of Cinnamon, Cardamon and Nutmeg.

We use coconut oil as its full of nutrients and adds a really nice light flavour. To sweeten we bake with maple syrup, a beautiful rich, natural syrup, delicious.

Please be aware due to the increase in orders we now operate a structured baking regime for our Granolas.

1/ We prepare, blend and bake all our Granola's every Monday.

2/ We label & package on a Tuesday.

3/ We ship on Wednesday. If you want it first class please select at the delivery section in the checkout.

However please let us know if there is a rush on your order and we will do whatever we can to fulfil your request.

We recommend a 40g serving to sprinkle over fresh fruit and greek yogurt (or your favourite non dairy alternative). Our granola is not just for breakfast, it's a great go-to snack at any point of the day.

We can be found snacking straight out of the bag!! Yum.
